Shipping Information

We offer free shipping throughout our online store for Continental US States only. Additional fees may apply for additional delivery services such as delivery appointments and liftgate requirements. Please contact us if additional services are required.

Please contact us for more information about shipping outside of the US.

​Common carriers such as Fedex and UPS deliver some items to your door. However, large and/or heavy packages may be delivered by large truck, LTL, or a common carrier equipped to handle such packages. Drivers are not required to remove the product from the truck and may not have a lift gate (requires additional fee). Drivers may need assistance to complete the delivery.

Deliveries do not include placement, assembly, or installation.

Please contact us with any questions or concerns about delivery method.

Inspect all boxes before signing for delivery. If there is any damage to any packaging, note it on all copies of documentation. If damage is noted, please contact us within 24hrs so we can process a Return Authorization and schedule a replacement.

Cancellation/Return Policy

ROI Office Furniture & Systems’ orders may be cancelled within 24hrs if order has not already shipped.

Cancelling orders that have shipped, will be charged return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must be made within 30 days and in the original packaging/boxes in new condition.

Furniture returns will not be accepted without prior Return Authorization from ROI Office Furniture & Systems.
