Electrostatic Painting

Think About Giving Your Office Space, Factory, School, or Workplace
a Completely New Look at a Fraction of the Cost of New Replacement.

Brush Strokes Etc. uses specialized Ransburg #2, REM, and REA Spray Equipment. Which statically charges the paint as it leaves the Spray Gun. The positive charged paint is drawn to the grounded metal surface and will wrap around most metal surfaces. This process unlike conventional spraying, reduces or eliminates over spray with minimal disruption to your business.

Paint Process

Metal Filing Cabinets Our process is environmentally safe and dries to a smooth, hard, and durable coating.

Electrostatic Coatings

Machine Parts We use a highly durable two-component epoxy/polyamide paint that is suitable for metal file cabinets, office furniture, lockers, elevator doors, industrial machinery, lab equipment, bathrooms, and most metal finishes.

Minimum Distruption of Worksite

School Lockers Our crews will work during the day, at night, or whenever your workspace is not occupied. Your facility will continue to function with minor inconvenience, and your furniture will be finished and ready to use the following morning. Desks and drawers do not need to be emptied.

Minimum Distruption of Worksite

Powder Coating

Additional to our Electrostatic Painting Service we offer Powder Coating. Powder Coating is more resistant to chipping, scratching, and wearing than other Conventional Spraying Methods. Like Electrostatic Painting, in this case the powder (a mixture of finely ground particles or pigment and resin) is electrically charged and adheres to the grounded surface while heating in a curing oven.
